By creating an account, downloading the app, visiting squadd.in, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials and OTP codes confidential, and for all activity that occurs on your account. Notify us promptly at squadd.support@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Squadd is a technology marketplace. Independent venues, trainers and academies provide the underlying sports facilities and coaching services. Squadd facilitates discovery, bookings, community features, payment collection, customer support, cancellations and refunds. Squadd does not own or operate third-party sports venues unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific listing.

Core booking, chat, notifications and payments are delivered through the Squadd mobile application. This website provides information, support and legal notices.

Venue partners, trainers and academies are independent businesses. They are responsible for the quality, safety, staffing, equipment, access rules and lawful operation of the services they offer. Squadd is not a party to the underlying sports service except to the extent required to operate the marketplace, collect payment and handle cancellations or refunds as described in these Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Listings, slot availability, amenities and prices are supplied by the relevant partner and may change. We display that information in good faith but do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current or error-free. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking or order ID in the app.

After successful payment, a digital confirmation is delivered in the Squadd app. The confirmation includes the booking or order ID, venue or service provider, date, time and amount paid. You should keep this confirmation and present it if the venue requests it on arrival. Further details are set out in our Service Delivery Policy.

Prices and charges are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount shown at checkout before you confirm is the amount you authorise, including any taxes, platform fees or payment-processing charges that apply to that booking.

Applicable taxes, platform fees and payment-processing charges are disclosed in the app when they apply to a booking or other paid service. If a charge is not shown before confirmation, it is not added after you pay unless required by law.

If a game or booking uses split payment, each participant is responsible for their own share. The host may remain responsible for unpaid portions if other players do not complete payment, as shown in the app for that booking.

Squadd collects customer payments as a marketplace facilitator and settles amounts due to venue, trainer or academy partners in accordance with the applicable partner agreement, after adjustments for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks and fees. Settlement timing and deductions are governed by that partner arrangement, not by these consumer Terms.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Venue-specific cancellation eligibility, windows and refund amounts are disclosed before checkout and form part of that booking. We do not apply a single universal cancellation percentage to all venues.

If a venue, trainer or academy cancels a confirmed booking or cannot provide the confirmed service, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that booking, processed in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If you do not attend a confirmed booking, or arrive too late for the venue to honour the slot under the rules shown before checkout, the booking may be treated as used. Any refund in those cases follows the venue-specific policy disclosed before you confirmed.

Failed payments are not treated as confirmed bookings. Duplicate successful payments for the same booking are reversed or refunded to the original payment method after we verify the transaction. Contact support with the booking or order ID and payment reference.

Paid memberships, pickup games, tournaments, trainer sessions and academy programmes are offered by the relevant organiser or partner unless Squadd expressly states that it is the organiser. Fees, schedules, eligibility and cancellation rules for those services are shown before you pay and apply in addition to these Terms.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against other users
• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the Service, scrape data or attempt unauthorised access
• Use the Service for spam, unauthorised advertising or illegal activity
• Circumvent booking, payment or safety features of the platform

Squadd is a sports-community and venue-booking marketplace. The Service must not be used for betting, gambling, wagering, fantasy gaming, real-money gaming or any similar activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for those purposes.

The Squadd name, logos, app, website and related content are owned by BREWX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent. Partner names, venue images and third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law or the safety of users has been violated, or where required to protect the Service. You may request account deletion through in-app settings or by emailing squadd.support@gmail.com. Termination does not affect bookings already confirmed, except as provided in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Participation in sports involves inherent physical risk. You participate in games and activities at your own risk and should follow venue safety instructions, medical advice and applicable rules. Squadd does not provide medical, coaching or facility-safety warranties for third-party venues.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived, Squadd is not liable for injuries arising from sports participation, disputes between users, venue conditions, or the acts or omissions of independent partners. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify BREWX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED against losses, claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by our own fraud, wilful misconduct or negligence, and except where such indemnity would be unenforceable under applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
