Service Delivery Policy

Squadd provides digital marketplace and booking services. Squadd does not sell or ship physical goods unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific offer. The underlying sports facility, coaching or academy session is provided by the independent venue, trainer or academy you select.

After successful payment, a booking confirmation is delivered digitally through the Squadd mobile application. Confirmation includes the booking or order ID, venue or service provider, date, time and amount paid. Please keep this confirmation until the booking is completed or refunded.

The independent venue, trainer or academy provides the booked service at the selected date and time. Squadd does not own or operate third-party sports venues unless a listing expressly says so. Users must arrive according to the venue’s entry, identification and timing rules shown in the app or at the facility.

If you paid but do not receive a confirmation, or if the venue is closed or unable to provide the confirmed service, contact support with your booking or order ID, registered phone number and payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 working days during support hours. If the partner cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, you are entitled to a refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts follow the venue-specific rules shown before checkout and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
