Account and profile information may include your name, profile photo, sports preferences, skill level, optional bio and other details you choose to add.

Phone number, email address and authentication data are used to create and secure your account, including OTP or other verification codes.

You may also submit support messages, partner applications and other forms through the app or website.

With your permission, we may collect approximate or precise location to show nearby venues, games and players. You can disable location in device settings; some features may then be unavailable.

The app may request photos, media, camera or microphone access so you can set a profile photo, share images in community features, or use in-app communication tools. We only access these sensors when you grant permission and use the related feature.

We process sports preferences and activity, venue bookings, game participation, messages and community activity so we can operate the marketplace, show relevant listings and enable squad or game coordination.

We collect device information, IP address, app or browser logs, crash reports and analytics events to operate, secure and improve the Service.

Squadd does not store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or online-banking credentials. Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment service providers. We retain payment transaction metadata such as amount, status, method type, booking or order ID and provider reference numbers needed for receipts, refunds and fraud prevention.

We collect and use personal information to:

• Create and authenticate accounts
• Provide bookings, games, community features and customer support
• Process payments, refunds, cancellations and partner settlements
• Improve reliability, security and product quality
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

Where required, we rely on your consent (for example, device permissions and optional marketing). You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting processing that is necessary to provide a requested service or to meet legal obligations.

Venue, trainer and academy partners receive the booking details needed to honour a reservation, such as name, contact number, slot time and booking ID.

Authorised payment providers receive the transaction information required to process payments, refunds, chargebacks and settlement.

We also use cloud hosting, OTP or messaging, analytics, push-notification and customer-support providers who process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide their services.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud, abuse or safety risks. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service, complete bookings and refunds, resolve disputes, detect fraud and comply with legal record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer required, we delete or irreversibly de-identify it where reasonably practicable.

We use administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You should protect your device, OTP codes and account access.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or withdraw optional consents, by using in-app settings or emailing squadd.support@gmail.com. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes. Some information may be retained where the law requires it or where it is needed to complete a transaction, refund or dispute.

You can delete your account from in-app settings where that option is available, or by emailing squadd.support@gmail.com from your registered email or with your registered phone number. After we verify the request, we delete or de-identify account data that is no longer required, subject to legal retention needs.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, or under 18 where Indian law requires a parent or guardian to contract on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can delete it where required.

Personal information is primarily processed in India. Some service providers may process data on servers outside India. Where that occurs, we take contractual and organisational steps intended to keep the information protected in line with this Policy and applicable law.

The Service may link to app stores, maps, payment pages or external websites. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies. This Policy applies only to information processed by Squadd.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be notified in the app or by email where appropriate.

The website squadd.in may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic and understand how pages are used. Analytics tools may collect device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed and referral source.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. The Squadd mobile app uses software development kits for analytics, crash reporting and notifications as described in this Policy, subject to your device permissions.
