CrossFit
CrossFit is a fitness programme and a sport: weightlifting, gymnastic movements and conditioning, with the workout changing from day to day. This Squadd page explains that and where the 2026 Games were held. Squadd is not a CrossFit partner and is not a CrossFit affiliate.

What a session includes
- Weightlifting, such as squats, deadlifts, presses and Olympic lifts.
- Gymnastic movements, such as pull-ups, push-ups and muscle-ups.
- Conditioning, such as running, rowing or a ski machine.
CrossFit publishes the official workout and licenses affiliate gyms. Squadd does neither. A gym session you post on Squadd is your own session.
2026 CrossFit Games
The 2026 individual and team finals were 24–26 July 2026 at SAP Center in San Jose, California. Masters, Teenage and Adaptive divisions were at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center during that week. That event has already been held. Tickets and the next season are on the official Games site.
Train in your city on Squadd
