Box cricket vs turf cricket. What to book
In Indian cities, “cricket booking” often means either a box cricket arena or a turf ground. Knowing the difference helps you book the right slot and find the right players.
What is box cricket?
Box cricket is typically played in a netted or walled arena with shorter boundaries and faster games. It is popular for evening slots, corporate groups and smaller squads that want action without a full ground.
What is turf cricket?
Turf cricket usually means artificial turf pitches or multi-use football/cricket turfs. Formats vary by venue. Some offer nets, others full-side games. Always check the venue sports list before booking.
